We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role you will:

  • Leadership and Management: Mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
  • Data Platform Strategy: Develop and implement the data platform strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the data platform capabilities.
  • Manage data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, to ensure seamless data flow across systems.Optimize data ingestion and processing workflows for efficiency and performance.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality standards and governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading data engineering teams and managing data platforms.
  • Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache NiFi, Talend).
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
