A talented team, great perks, and an amazing culture = an employee-rated Best Place to Work Responsibilities 2+ years of development experience with Apex, VisualForce, and Salesforce Work with stakeholders and portfolio and solution architects to identify reasonable migration paths from the current state to target architectures Work closely with various teams (Business, Development, Infrastructure, PMO) to define and implement elegant, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions using the Salesforce technologies, with a focus on adhering to industry standards, best practices, and code quality techniques Research, recommend, and implement App Exchange applications and salesforce upgrades to help meet business needs Ideally, experience delivering ISV products and writing generic re-usable code Strong in Apex, Lightning, JavaScript, and Visualforce (full stack) Provide Salesforce technical leadership for a team of developers, admins, and analysts Document current and future state processes and develop technical specifications for projects and enhancements Aid end-user application support (troubleshooting errors, managing support tickets, and testing solutions) and release management (migration, refreshes, version control, and deployment) as needed Lead design of technical end-to-end solutions for business processes using Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & force.com platform Work with internal technical team members representing back office applications to design seamless integration between the applications, particularly ERP and Financial applications Demonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements (such as urgent customer problems Manage a sizeable high-performance engineering team or multiple teams Qualifications Strong technical skills with a minimum of 4 years of technology experience, Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com/Salesforce1 platform Proficiency in Javascript with an emphasis on frontend frameworks such as React Knowledge and experience working with various AWS tools, as well as an understanding of Kubernetes Experience enabling Salesforce solutions on mobile platforms Experience implementing AppExchange applications Knowledge of platform limitations and mitigation strategies Experience with Release and Change Management best practices on the Salesforce platform SalesforceDeveloper and Architect Certifications are a plus but not required Solid communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
