Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Manage field sales operations related to vehicle finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
- Monitor sales pipeline and provide forecasts to the management
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments

Key Requirements:

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma
- Experience: 25 years in sales, preferably in the automotive or EV industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products and processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team

Preferred Background:

- Experience in EV sales, auto loans, or vehicle finance
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
