Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to develop and execute strategies to boost our online sales, manage e-commerce platforms, and ensure seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of E-commerce marketplaces, and digital marketing tactics. You will be responsible for package handling, optimizing our online presence, and leading digital campaigns to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Shopify website and ensure it functions smoothly.
- Monitor and manage e-commerce marketplaces like Etsy, Ebay, Amazon, Shopify etc., ensuring product listings, promotions, and stock levels are optimized.
- Oversee the end-to-end package handling process, ensuring products are delivered to customers efficiently and on time.
- Ensure e-commerce platforms are optimized for usability, speed, and overall performance.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media) to drive website traffic and engagement.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to continuously improve performance and sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in e-commerce performance.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with international e-commerce platforms or luxury brands.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Apps, and other e-commerce management tools.
- Strong knowledge of trends in the jewelry and fashion industries, both locally and globally.
