HIRING NOW POSITION: Senior Printing Technologist – Offset & Digital Printing COMPANY: A leading printing solutions provider LOCATION: India SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive Salary About the Role: We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Printing Technologist specializing in Offset and Digital Printing to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of offset printing processes and demonstrate strong technical expertise in operating and maintaining printing machinery to deliver top-quality output. This role requires hands-on operational expertise to optimize production efficiency, uphold the highest quality standards, and ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain offset printing machines (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, or similar). - Plan, supervise, and manage all activities related to offset printing production and finishing operations. - Monitor print quality and make press adjustments to ensure accurate color registration and alignment. - Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime. - Handle all technical aspects of offset printing and finishing operations to optimize workflow and output quality. - Troubleshoot offset printing and finishing equipment issues and perform minor repairs to ensure minimal downtime. Qualifications & Requirements: - Vocational qualification in Printing Technology (mandatory). - Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the offset printing industry. - Solid understanding of color theory, print layout, and paper types, with advanced knowledge of Mellow and GMI color management systems. - Familiarity with prepress operations and ability to collaborate for print quality assurance. - Prior experience in the labeling or packaging industries is highly preferred. - Must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai. ✅ This role offers a rewarding opportunity for an experienced printing professional to step into a senior specialist position, drive operational excellence, and grow with a leading printing solutions provider.
