About the Role: As a Direct Sales Officer (Client Advisor), you’ll be the key link between homebuyers and builders. Your job is to guide customers through their home-buying journey—right from the first conversation to closing the deal—while ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities: Connect with potential buyers via calls, virtual meets, or site visits to pitch projects and drive bookings. Attend qualified leads, present project options, and bring clients onsite. Assist in negotiations between buyers and builders. Build strong client relationships and encourage referrals. Cross-sell NoBroker services to enhance the customer experience. Nurture leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet targets. Stay updated on real estate trends and local market insights. Who Can Apply: Bachelor’s degree with sales experience (real estate is a plus). Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills. Good local area knowledge and target-driven mindset.
