Job Title: Quadient Senior Developer – Dynamic Communications & Scaler Location: Pan India Skill Set : Quadient ( Designer, Dynamic Communication, Scaler) Experience Required: 5–11 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Quadient Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire Dynamic Communications and Scaler to design, build, and optimize complex customer communication solutions. The candidate will play a key role in implementing scalable, modular, and interactive communication templates that support omnichannel delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and configure templates using Quadient Inspire Designer and Dynamic Communications for personalized, rule-driven, and interactive communications. - Design and implement high-volume document generation workflows using Quadient Scaler to ensure optimal performance and load distribution. - Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to convert functional requirements into technical designs. - Ensure all templates adhere to branding, compliance, and accessibility standards (e.G., PDF/UA). - Optimize document logic, layout, and output channels (print, email, SMS, web). - Build and support workflows using Quadient Automation and integrate with upstream/downstream systems (e.G., CRMs, databases, print services). - Troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability. - Support QA teams with test data, template validation, and performance tuning. - Document solution components, configuration settings, and reusable artifacts. Required Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of development experience in Quadient Inspire platform. - Hands-on experience with: - Inspire Dynamic Communications - Inspire Scaler - Inspire Designer - Experience designing responsive, rule-based templates for omnichannel output. - Good understanding of scalable architecture and document generation performance tuning using Scaler. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Inspire Interactive is a plus. - Familiarity with print/email/SMS delivery formats. - Experience in migrating templates from legacy systems to Quadient. - Basic scripting or XML/XSLT knowledge for content manipulation. Soft Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance. - Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews. - Proactive and self-motivated.
