Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage multiple architectural projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong design background, excellent technical skills, and proven leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Leadership: Lead design teams in developing and implementing project designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards. 2. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. 3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality services. 4. Team Management: Mentor and guide junior architects, providing feedback, and promoting professional growth. 5. Technical Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery. 6. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and interior design, to ensure integrated project delivery. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture. 2. Experience: 18 to 20+ years of experience in architecture, with 3+ years in a leadership role. 3. Skills: - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. - Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities. 4. Most important- collaborative working skills. A high-rise specialist With expertise in high-rise residential and commercial architecture, you'd design and develop buildings that redefine city skylines. Your portfolio would showcase: Residential High-Rises: 1. Luxury apartments and condos 2. High-end finishes and amenities 3. Efficient floor plans and spatial planning 4. Integration with urban surroundings Commercial High-Rises: 1. Office towers and corporate headquarters 2. Mixed-use developments with retail, 3. Innovative structural systems and facade designs 4. Sustainable and energy-efficient solutions Key Skills: 1. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software 2. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and structural systems 3. Experience with high-rise design, construction, and project management 4. Collaboration with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
