Responsibilities Policy Analysis & Development Analyze existing legislation, regulations, and organizational policies to pinpoint gaps, strengths, and areas for improvement. Conduct in-depth research on policy issues, trends, and stakeholder impacts to shape or refine policy proposals. Strategic Advice & Recommendations Develop and recommend policy options, providing strategic advice to senior leadership or decision-makers. Evaluate potential social, economic, and environmental impacts of proposed policies, highlighting risks, benefits, and implementation implications. Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation Coordinate and lead stakeholder consultations—including government agencies, non‑profits, private sector entities—to gather input and build consensus around policy initiatives. Act as liaison with professional associations, legislators, funders, and external audiences to foster relationships and support. Communication & Reporting Prepare and deliver reports, policy briefings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior officials and legislative bodies. Monitoring & Evaluation Oversee the implementation of adopted policies, tracking outcomes and performance metrics. Monitor policy change and evaluate effectiveness, recommending modifications as needed. Administrative & Programmatic Support Manage administrative tasks related to policy work, including coordinating committees, maintaining documentation, and planning meetings. Facilitate member or stakeholder communications through newsletters, websites, or social media channels. Requirements - 4-7 years' experience of a similar role - Awareness of employment laws and regulations related to rewards and benefits. - Proficiency in drafting policy documents. - Analytical and able to interpret metrics and generate insights from data. - Good understanding of global employee and HR related policies including benefits, incentives, and recognition programs. - Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, with a strong track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving measurable outcomes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong relationship building skills with various cross-functional teams. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. - Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills.
