HiWe have an opening for Project Manager for Leading Interior Company based at Churchgate Position - Interior DesignerLocation -ChurchgateWorking days -6 days -The Project Manager will lead interior design projects within and outside Mumbai managing every phase from planning to delivery to ensure timely budget-friendly high-quality results Key Responsibilities A Project Planning Execution Create detailed project plans with timelines and resources Work with the design team to clarify objectives budgets and timelines Set milestones and track progress Ensure projects stay on schedule and adjust as needed Oversee budget estimates and manage scope changes B Budgeting Cost Control Develop and monitor project budgets with Finance Track costs to prevent overruns Oversee material procurement for quality and cost Approve project expenses within budget C Team Resource Management Lead a team of designers contractors and other stakeholders Assign roles and responsibilities clearly Communicate effectively offering support and addressing issues Foster collaboration for smooth project execution D Site Supervision Quality Control Conduct site visits to check progress and quality Coordinate MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing integration Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards Resolve on-site issues and maintain high-quality standards E Client Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact for clients Provide regular updates and address any concerns Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations Maintain project documents and approvals F Vendor Contractor Management Source and manage vendors and contractors Negotiate contracts for quality and value Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues Ensure timely delivery and contract adherence G Risk Management Problem Solving Identify and address project risks Resolve unexpected challenges quickly Keep stakeholders informed of risks and solutions H Compliance Documentation Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance Maintain project logs reports and contracts for future use if interested please share the below details -Current CTCExpected CTCNotice PeriodReason for leaving
