Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Noida. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential leads, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves supporting the overall sales strategy and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Ability to manage Customer Satisfaction and provide exceptional Customer Service
- Experience in Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education or housing industry is a plus
