Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Bengaluru, Full-time, On-site
Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and outbound sales calls. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, guide prospective students through the offerings of NorthStar Academy, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential students, discussing NorthStar Academys offerings and understanding their educational goals.
- Engage prospects, provide information about available courses, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Ensure regular follow-up calls to keep potential students engaged and informed about course options.
- Sales Communication:
- Effectively communicate NorthStar Academys value proposition to prospective students, addressing their questions and helping them make informed decisions.
- Provide tailored advice on which courses will best suit the career aspirations of the student.
- Manage follow-up communication to maintain relationships with prospective students and close sales.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to enrollment.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist students with post-enrollment queries, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align sales goals with promotional efforts.
- Report regularly on sales performance, lead status, and progress to management.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a focus on outbound calls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential students.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Prior knowledge or interest in the finance/education sector is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a sales role within the education or finance industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer retention.
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
