Job Description

Inside Sales Calling (Outbound)

Location: Bengaluru

Shifts: Rotational (6 days/week, rotational week-offs)

Role Overview:

We are looking for Inside Sales Executives (Calling) responsible for proactively engaging customers, explaining diagnostic solutions, and converting calls into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for health packages.
- Explain services, pricing, and offers persuasively.
- Handle objections and build trust with customers.
- Record sales activities in CRM and follow up with leads.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream.
- 13 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive phone presence.
- Target-driven with a proven sales record.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory).

Compensation: 27,00030,000 fixed + 15,000 variable (CTC up to 45,000 per month)
