Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach to potential clients, and converting leads into sales. Daily tasks include making cold calls, responding to inquiries, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves using CRM systems to track client interactions and sales activities, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies to meet company goals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and achieving sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Bengaluru
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
