Company Description Visa is a world leader in payments and technology with over 259 billion payments transactions flowing safely between consumers merchants financial institutions and government entities in more than 200 countries and territories each year Our mission is to connect the world through the most innovative convenient reliable and secure payments network enabling individuals businesses and economies to thrive while driven by a common purpose - to uplift everyone everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid Make an impact with a purpose-driven industry leader Join us today and experience Life at Visa Lead the commercialization strategy and GTM planning for Issuing Network Products collaborating with global and regional teams to define and execute plans that drive revenue and market share Manage the end-to-end process for new product launches including approvals pricing market enablement and training Drive re-pricing initiatives aligning with global strategies and ensuring effective communication and execution in the region Identify and accelerate sales of key network products developing and executing sales enhancement plans in partnership with market teams Support issuer processing commercialization by defining priority markets enabling market entry and driving sales enablement activities Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients partners and cross-functional teams Provide pre-sales consultation solution design and post-implementation support to ensure client success Monitor market trends regulatory developments and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities Develop and deliver on annual operating plans and revenue targets ensuring alignment with Visas strategic objectives Represent Visa in industry forums regulatory discussions and with key partners to advance the company s interests and thought leadership Qualifications Basic Qualifications 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree e g Masters MBA JD MD or 2 years of work experience with a PhD OR 11 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications 12 years of experience in payments product management with deep expertise in issuing network products and issuer processing Proven track record in product commercialization GTM strategy and execution in a matrixed multi-country environment Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem including market trends regulatory landscape and the needs of banks fintech s and digital players Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with strong business acumen analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans Experience in developing and managing partnerships negotiating commercial agreements and driving business outcomes Bachelors degree required MBA or equivalent preferred Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin sexual orientation gender identity disability or protected veteran status Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law
