We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Printer Support Engineer to provide on-site installation troubleshooting and maintenance of various printers including laser inkjet dot matrix commercial and multifunction devices MFDs The ideal candidate will have experience handling both hardware and software aspects of printer support ensuring smooth and timely resolutions to client issues Key Responsibilities Installation and configuration of printers scanners and multifunction devices MFDs at client locations Diagnose and resolve hardware connectivity and driver software issues Perform preventive maintenance and part replacements as needed Provide on-site and remote support as per assigned service calls Coordinate with internal teams for escalation or spares requirement Maintain accurate service logs customer feedback and ticket closures Educate users on basic printer operations and troubleshooting Required Skills Qualifications 1-2 years of hands-on experience in printer support field service Strong knowledge of laser inkjet dot matrix and commercial printers Familiarity with printer drivers OS compatibility and networking Basic understanding of MS Office Windows OS and connectivity protocols Good communication and customer service skills Must be open to field visits and travel within Ahmednagar or nearby regions Preferred Prior experience with brands like HP Canon Epson Brother Ricoh Xerox Knowledge of print management solutions and ticketing tools Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
