Manager CSR operations – Dadri

About Us: Sportz Village Foundation is committed to using sports as a tool for community development and social change. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead our CSR initiatives in Dadri, focusing on sports education and excellence in public schools. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the implementation of Sports Education and Sports Excellence programs in a cluster of public (primary/middle) schools to meet developmental objectives. - Lead and supervise a team of trainers and program coordinators responsible for field implementation, ensuring high performance and ongoing motivation. - Execute engagement plans and reporting protocols aligned with CSR funders/donors' guidelines. - Support pre-project activities including needs assessments and program design for new initiatives. - Monitor and evaluate program performance based on agreed outcomes, impact goals, and stakeholder relationships (school management, community, government, and funders). - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders in English and Hindi. - Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and relevant analytics and visualization tools. - Utilize data analytics and presentation tools effectively for monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: - Master's degree in social work, Education, Management, or a related field. - Strong enthusiasm for sports as a catalyst for social change. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate, education, or development sectors, with proven team leadership skills. - Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). - Skilled in creating compelling presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi, or similar platforms. Key Skills: - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, including MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Expertise in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi, or similar - Experience with reporting and monitoring tools for program evaluation - Knowledge of stakeholder engagement and community outreach strategies - Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly to diverse audiences - Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like MS Teams, Slack, or Asana How to Apply: If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge, submit your resume and cover letter to job@sportzvillage.com, explaining why you're the ideal candidate for the Regional Advocacy Manager position.
