Responsibilities : - Creating and implementing the CSR strategy, plan an annual calendar of employee volunteering activities and manage end to end execution of all CSR related activities of the organization. - To identify, manage and track projects and to ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programs aligned with the strategy. - To identify and coordinate with NGOs, institutions, etc. including due diligence and ability to implement CSR projects with desired outcomes. - Building relationships with community partners and key external stakeholders both internal and external - Streamline documentation process, handle project progress and evaluation reports, documentation of successes stories and impact assessment. - To manage the CSR budget and ensure allocation, necessary documentation for payments, utilization and settlement of projects and regulatory reporting is done in a timely manner.
