Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager Real Estate to lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to close deals in the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Guide and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for client servicing.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive market.
- Local market knowledge of Thane/Mumbai preferred.
