
Healthcare Success Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Success Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our healthcare services team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, drive service adoption, and ensure exceptional customer experience for VoicesForVictory.com users throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
Build and maintain relationships with VoicesForVictory.com users
Provide personalized healthcare guidance and support
Cross-sell and up-sell relevant healthcare services and premium features
Co-ordinate for institutional sales, including corporates, housing societies, malls & exhibitions
Healthcare Coordination:
Make reminder calls for blood tests, doctor appointments, and health screenings
Conduct post-appointment follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
Assist users with appointment scheduling and service navigation
Customer Success:
Onboard new users and resolve service-related queries
Maintain detailed CRM records of user interactions and appointments
Gather feedback to improve platform services
Requirements
Experience & Education:
Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or healthcare services
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Pharmacy. Marketing, or related field
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication with empathy for healthcare conversations
Basic understanding of healthcare services and medical appointments
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
