Job Description Job Description About the Role: The General Manager Finance will be responsible for driving the day-to-day financial operations across all MGM Healthcare units, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role ensures financial discipline, supports decision-making, and contributes to sustainable growth and cost optimization. Key Finance & Strategic Planning - Develop and implement short and long-term financial plans. - Oversee preparation and consolidation of annual operating and capital budgets. - Conduct periodic budget reviews to compare actual vs. planned performance. Accounts Payable & Receivable - Manage effective functioning of payables and receivables across all units. - Approve vendor/service provider payments per defined cycles. - Oversee billing, collections, follow-ups, and bad debt reduction. Banking, Loans & Liabilities - Manage banking relationships, loans, liabilities, and liquidity. - Ensure optimal cash flow and adherence to debt covenants. Unit-Level Oversight & Approvals - Guide unit-level finance leads; supervise revenue reconciliation and cash deposits. Revenue Reconciliation & Cash Deposits - Verify and reconcile daily revenue reports (IPD, OPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy). - Oversee reconciliation of POS, UPI, NEFT, insurance, and corporate receipts. Doctor Payments & Service Fees - Ensure accurate processing of payments to doctors/consultants per contracts. MIS & Analytics - Deliver timely MIS and analytics on revenue, cost, and profitability. Payroll Oversight - Ensure accurate payroll, statutory compliance, and secure handling of data. Compliance, Risk & Governance - Ensure GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, and other compliance. - Participate in audits and risk reviews; enforce internal controls and SOPs. Supply Chain Coordination - Work with SCM to optimize vendor payments and inventory costs. People & Leadership - Mentor the Finance team; drive performance, transparency, and communication. - Engage with board members, investors, and external stakeholders. Work Environment - Multi-location, multi-unit organization requiring travel. - Must be available on-call to address financial issues as they Bachelors in MBA (Finance) or equivalent from reputed institute preferred. - Professional certification such as 10-12 years in finance/accounts; 5+ years managerial. - Multi-unit finance operations, statutory compliance, ERP knowledge. - Healthcare or related industry experience Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Results Orientation, Stakeholder Mgmt. - Risk Management, Impactful Communication, Analytical Ability, Data Savviness. Other Attributes - Proven senior leadership collaboration. - High integrity, ethics, and credibility. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
