
Area Manager

We are seeking an Area Manager to drive sales of Loan against Property (LAP) products within a designated territory. You will be responsible for planning and executing the monthly and quarterly LAP strategy, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-disbursement activities, and building a strong network of channel partners. This role requires a customer-centric approach to ensure regional goals are overachieved and to foster a culture of customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Plan and execute the monthly and quarterly Loan against Property (LAP) strategy to ensure regional goals are overachieved.
- Channel Partner Management: Identify and tie up with potential channel partners, including DSAs and connectors, to generate business leads.
- Sales & Operations: Control and monitor the distribution network, plan sales promotion activities, and manage customer documentation from application to loan disbursement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Customer Focus: Uphold customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels of the team, providing timely feedback to customers on loan status and resolution required.
- Reporting: Maintain a database, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance.
- Cross-Selling: Cross-sell insurance and other related products to customers.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a sales manager role, preferably within an NBFC or banking environment.
- Strong skills in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Experience in identifying and managing channel partners.
- Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
- Must be customer-centric with a focus on service delivery and satisfaction.
- Proficient in maintaining databases and MIS reporting.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
