About the Role Grade Level for internal use 12The Team EDM Enterprise Data Management is a data management platform for acquiring validating and distributing trade operational risk financial and Responsibilities and Impact Defining and managing the product strategy and roadmapWorking with customers field organizations and other PMs across our vertical businesses to capture product requirements and feedbackCreating use cases requirements and user stories for product development Evangelizing product roadmap with analysts and field organizationsNurturing customers and securing them as referencesDefining key metrics for measuring product success Defining new product feature qualification criteria and help prioritize the product roadmapContributing to an environment that is geared to innovation high productivity and high quality Working with UX processes and the UX team it conceptualize and visualize the features to be deliveredEngaging frequently with the development teamWhat We re Looking For 10 years of software product management or technical product management experience required Proven experience of delivering technical product capabilities within a Software as a Service domain Experience of defining and delivering product capabilitiesWorking within a trusted and cross-functional teams where recognized strengths are encouraged Delivered multiple major software product releases Technical background with experience in software development projects is desirableExceptional communicator with strong verbal written presentation and interpersonal communications skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityPassion for analyzing software products customers and market dynamics High attention to detailProven experience in successfully leading project teams with multifaceted competing priorities and deadlines including virtual work teams with members in different geographic regionsUnderstanding of system design and development concepts and technologiesWorked in an agile environment with agile tools and platforms JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps Be comfortable with UX processes within the requirement definition spaceGood understanding of the scrum process and the Product Owner s responsibilities such as maintaining a Product Backlog and maximizing the value of the work done by the teamAbility to write well-defined User Stories Use Cases and acceptance criteriaAdditional Preferred Skills Product owner certificationFinancial industry experience is a plusDomain knowledge in the areas of master
