Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Corporate Sales Manager (Gifting) at HelpUsGreen. Responsibilities include managing and growing corporate gifting accounts, generating new leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves engaging with clients to identify their needs, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing sales operations to streamline the gifting process. Collaboration with internal teams to align strategies with organizational goals will be an essential part of the position. Qualifications - Proven skills in Account Management to nurture relationships and enhance client satisfaction - Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth - Customer Service skills to ensure high-quality client experiences and address inquiries or concerns - Experience in Sales Operations to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in the sales cycle - Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster effective client and internal team interactions - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Experience in corporate gifting, sustainable products, or related industries is a plus
