Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurgaon. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the placement and recruitment industry is a plus
