Tech (Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Computer Science, Information Technology) Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the field of Technical Documentation. You'll make a difference by: - Technical Writing expertise knowledge of end-user documentation/product documentation/technical documentation/Video Documentation - Proficiency in working with XML editor, authoring and other graphics related tools - Responsible for authoring tasks, creation, and integration of printed or electronic end user documentation, creating videos - Working knowledge of any Content Management System which is based on single sourcing concept - Knowledge of Energy Automation products (Optional) - Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation - Planning and tracking status of project requirements, adhering to standard processes and ensuring on-time delivery of deliverables - Usage of product specific terminology in manuals - Experience working with European partners, and flexible to work across partner time zones to suit work requirements - Use diagrams, screenshots and charts that increase user's understanding - Standardize content across platforms and media - Knows state-of-art regarding authoring tools, documentation standards and rules Create a better #TomorrowWithUs This role, based in Bangalore, is an individual contributor position.
