Position Overview We are seeking a detail-focused and highly organized API Documentation Specialist to create, maintain, and improve API documentation for internal and client-facing development teams. In this role, you will ensure that all API endpoints, workflows, and integration procedures are clearly documented and easy to understand. You will collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to gather technical information and translate complex concepts into clear and accessible documentation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a solid technical background and a passion for creating documentation that improves developer experience and product usability. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive API documentation, including endpoints, request and response formats, authentication processes, and usage examples - Collaborate with developers to understand system functionality and translate technical details into readable documentation - Review API updates and ensure documentation reflects the latest changes and enhancements - Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visual aids to support understanding of API structures and integrations - Organize documentation for ease of navigation, structure, and reference - Work with QA and product teams to validate API behavior and ensure documentation accuracy - Maintain version control and update logs for documentation releases - Assist in creating developer guides, integration manuals, and onboarding materials - Gather feedback from internal teams and implement improvements to enhance clarity and usability Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field - Two to four years of experience in API documentation, technical writing, or software documentation - Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, JSON, and common integration patterns - Ability to read code snippets and understand technical concepts - Experience with documentation tools such as Swagger, Postman, Confluence, or Git-based documentation workflows - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills - Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail - Experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional technical teams - Experience working with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred Why Join CoreBridge Solutions At CoreBridge, you will be part of a company that values innovation and efficiency in a collaborative environment.
