Greetings From The Chennai Silks - Gajaananda Group Job Title Sales Manager - Furniture Department Job location Salem Hyderabad Job Purpose To oversee the sales operations of the furniture department manage the sales team ensure excellent customer service achieve sales targets and maintain strong product knowledge to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Lead train and motivate the furniture sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies promotions and campaigns to drive footfall and conversions Maintain an in-depth knowledge of furniture products trends pricing and competitors Ensure attractive product displays proper stock levels and showroom presentation Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and addressing complaints effectively Monitor sales performance prepare daily weekly monthly sales reports and present to management Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for stock planning and replenishment Guide customers in furniture selection customization and after-sales support Ensure compliance with company policies customer service standards and operational procedures Analyze market trends and suggest improvements in product range and pricing Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred 4-6 years of proven experience in retail furniture sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory managerial role Strong leadership communication and team management skills Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities Good knowledge of furniture design materials and industry trends Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems Key Performance Indicators KPIs Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets Customer satisfaction ratings Staff performance and retention Stock turnover ratio Showroom standards and product presentation All the best Arun HR Manager Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
