Job Description VicTree Solutions is hiring for an TA Specialist to join our team in Borivali, Mumbai, India. If you have experience either as an in house or agency recruiter, who has dealt with a recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding, then we'd love to have a chat with you. *** Mumbai candidates & Immediate joiners only preferred *** Package: 8 LPA + Incentives + Bonus Experience: 3+ Years Location: Borivali, Mumbai Notice Period: Max 15 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred) Work Days: Mon-Fri Office + Alternate Sat (WFH) Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end IT/non-IT recruitment for permanent and contract staffing. - Work on various IT/non-IT roles and technologies across junior to senior levels. - Maintain ownership and commitment on deliverables with accountability and transparency. What We Are Looking For: - 3+ years of strong experience in recruitment. - Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking). - Self-motivated.
