We are seeking an experienced Non-Voice Support professional to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service through non-voice channels such chat. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation for quality service.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective non-voice support to international clients via chat.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-9 years of experience in customer service or non-voice support roles.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international customer service standards and practices.
