The officer will also assist customers with their financial needs, ensure compliance with bank policies, and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Qualifications Experience and expertise in Retail Banking and Sales Knowledge of Loans and Credit Card products Proficiency in Finance-related concepts Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Relevant banking certifications are a plus Previous experience in the banking sector preferred
