**Position description**:
Operations - Officer - WBO Managed Retail Liabilities Ops

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper inwarding / counting / SEGREGATION / acknowledgement of AOF's received from retail branches are done meticulously.
- Marking receipt in FTS,Scanning / indexing of Customer instructions for retail liability and demat
- Despatch of forms to respective RDVU/CPU and for return cases back to RBB, Attending training at regular intervals
