Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Specialist, based in Rohini. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve targets. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and business opportunities - Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research - Excellent Customer Service skills and relationship-building abilities - Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding of the real estate industry - Ability to meet targets and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
