Job Description Company: The RVW Baba Group Location: Work from Home Hours: 45 hours/day Type: Commission-based With incentives We are seeking proactive and motivated Business Development Specialist to help grow our brand collaborations and client base. In this role, you will connect with brands, pitch our review and marketing packages, and build long-term business relationships. This is a remote work, giving you flexibility while gaining valuable experience in business development and client management. Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential brands and businesses for collaborations. - Present and explain our promotional and review packages to clients. - Convince brands to share their products for reviews and marketing campaigns. - Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients. - Track leads, follow up regularly, and close deals effectively. Requirements: - Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours. - Laptop With Broadband Connection. - Basic knowledge of digital marketing, product promotion, and social media is a plus.
