Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to retain existing clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
