Role: Business Analyst Qualifications: CMA/ICWAI (not CA) Exp:10-15 years Industry: Automobile (Sheet Metal) Location Gurgaon, Sector -36 Level: DM / Manager Candidate must have experience in: - To develop a cost-saving initiative that reduced operational expenses. - To lead a pricing overhaul project that increased revenue. - To lead commercial discussions and securing 100% business nomination from customers. - Knowledge of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and cost structure estimations. - Conduct monthly variance analysis, forecasting, and loss/profit estimations. - Perform feasibility studies for changeovers, new setups, localization, and cycle time reduction. - Validate costings through benchmark analysis and ROI assessment under company norms. - Prepare monthly reports on material variances and manage project IRR, ROI, AOP, and payback computations. - Highlight non-value adding and/or inappropriate costing to stakeholders. - Obtain necessary and timely approvals to meet corporate guideline and stringent timelines. - Consistently submitted provision data to stakeholders on time, achieving a 100% punctuality rate. In addition to that: Hands on experience of - Product Costing - MHR Activity Budgeting & Forecasting - Variance Analysis - Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making and oversee costing activities for multiple plants. - Accumulate cost data and assess EBITDA impact on standard costs.
