Knowledge of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and cost structure estimations. Conduct monthly variance analysis, forecasting, and loss/profit estimations. Perform feasibility studies for changeovers, new setups, localization, and cycle time reduction. Validate costings through benchmark analysis and ROI assessment under company norms. Prepare monthly reports on material variances and manage project IRR, ROI, AOP, and payback computations.Highlight non-value adding and/or inappropriate costing to stakeholders. Obtain necessary and timely approvals to meet corporate guideline and stringent timelines.Consistently submitted provision data to stakeholders on time, achieving a 100% punctuality rate.In addition to that: Hands on experience of Product CostingMHR Activity Budgeting & Forecasting Variance Analysis Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making and oversee costing activities for multiple plants. Accumulate cost data and assess EBITDA impact on standard costs.
