Job Title: Area Sales Officer (ASO)
Reports To: Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Location: Varodara -Gujrat
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer (ASO) to drive sales growth and market expansion in the assigned territory. The ASO will be responsible for managing primary & secondary sales, distributor relationships, and market execution to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive secondary sales through distributor engagement.
Ensure proper execution of trade schemes and consumer promotions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail base.
Ensure timely stock replenishment and distributor ROI management.
Track and improve sell-in and sell-out performance.
Resolve distributor issues related to pricing, schemes, payments, and logistics.
Ensure proper branding, visibility, and placement of products at outlets.
Monitor and ensure execution of POS materials and in-store promotions.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and new launches.
Identify market gaps and propose strategic initiatives to increase market share.
