Description

We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in providing technical support to end-users in a Windows environment. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, installing software/hardware, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to end-users in a Windows environment
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Maintain and upgrade computer systems and peripherals
- Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in providing technical support to end-users in a Windows environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with desktop and laptop hardware and peripherals
- Experience with remote support tools and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is a plus
