Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, providing support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities

- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
