Job Description *AI Solution Architect / Lead AI Engineer (Expert)* Location: Baner Pune Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solution Architect / Lead AI Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of our recruitment process automation system. This senior-level role will own the end-to-end architecture, guide the AI development team, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design and oversee AI-driven recruitment automation solutions from concept to deployment. Architect end-to-end systems integrating NLP, ML models, and predictive analytics into recruitment workflows. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting timelines, quality benchmarks, and coding standards. Ensure smooth integration of AI models with existing recruitment software, ATS, and enterprise systems. Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and manage data pipelines. Enforce compliance with data protection laws and implement bias-free AI practices. Collaborate with leadership to align AI capabilities with organizational strategy. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in solution architecture. Strong expertise in NLP, ML algorithms, and predictive analytics. Proficiency in Python/R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and data engineering tools. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and large-scale deployment. Strong project management and leadership skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of HRTech / Recruitment systems (ATS, sourcing, screening tools). Deep understanding of AI ethics, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and secure data handling. Previous experience building scalable enterprise AI systems.
