NRI ACQUISITION RM INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies 15 Reports to UNIT HEAD Is a Team leader N Team Size 30 Grade AM DM Business NRI Department NRI Sub-Department Location HYDERABAD About it is a non face to channel of the bank where we onboard the new acquisition customer who wants to open the NRI Account with the bank About the Role The endeavour of Digital Circle is to create best in class customer acquisition through effective use of innovative technology As a part of Outbound contact centre OCC the NRI Acquisition Relationship Manager NARM is an integral member of the Remote Banking Team responsible for converting leads acquisition of the NRE and NRO account and act as the single point of contact for the end to end experience to potential NR clients and to do service calling for a limited period post account opening The NARM will be a centrally located client facing role through effective use of technology comprising of Voice Video and Email Key Responsibilities Manage the NRI Acquisition business through web Marketing branch leads Liaison with the Branch team and work on the NR leads provided by the branch Achievement of NRI targets though Website leads Marketing leads branch leads and leads generated through reference Build the NR MDAB book thorough NTB accounts Increase NR penetration through assigned geography On boarding of NR customers and provide best in class service support to NTB NRE NRO customers Co-ordinate with the overseas branches - Overseas Channel Build the New to Bank book through the overseas branch franchise Fair degree of NRI process will be preferred Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner Good sales and negotiation skills Prior experience in NRE process will be an added advantage Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Education formal degrees certifications Minimum Graduation Experience No of years relevant fields 2-5 yrs expereince Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
