Job Description Job Position: Reporting Analyst Shift: Night Shift Work Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate and timely reports that support business operations and decision-making. This role requires strong technical skills in Excel, with additional expertise in Power BI and HTML considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports across multiple teams. - Generate ad-hoc reports, including instant sales reports and vendor performance reports, in line with client requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting needs and provide data- driven insights. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reporting deliverables. - Automate recurring reports to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Support management with analytical reporting to drive business decisions. Qualifications &Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and - visualization). - Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization (preferred). - Basic understanding of HTML coding (an added advantage). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights to stakeholders.Job Description for Reporting Analyst
