Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The

candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate and timely

reports that support business operations and decision-making. This role requires strong

technical skills in Excel, with additional expertise in Power BI and HTML considered an

advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports across multiple teams.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports, including instant sales reports and vendor performance

reports, in line with client requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting needs and provide data-

driven insights.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reporting deliverables.
  • Automate recurring reports to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support management with analytical reporting to drive business decisions.

Qualifications &Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and
  • visualization).
  • Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of HTML coding (an added advantage).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
