CohnReznick currently has an exciting career opportunity to our finance team. We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with various Regional Controllers on a day-to-day basis supporting all financial related matters specific to regions in the firm - Prepare and maintain recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analysis. - Compile, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. - Use Excel to manipulate large datasets and automate reporting processes. - Develop and maintain financial reporting templates and tools for internal stakeholders. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular reconciliations and variance analysis. - Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to support reporting needs. - Support the monthly and quarterly close process by providing timely and accurate reports. - Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes using Excel or other tools. Required Qualifications: - Ability to take direction and work independently but also be able to be organized to work on competing requests. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related role. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, VBA/macros, complex formulas). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends. - Experience with SAP, PowerBI, Adaptive Planning and Reporting - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment. - Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement structures. - Familiarity with financial consolidation and reporting software. - Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
