Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in West Delhi. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and strategizing to enhance market share. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales metrics, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with experience in leading and managing sales teams
- Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, market analysis, and key account management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
