Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank's Chennai branch. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer financial goals, promoting suitable banking products and services, managing client portfolios, providing insights and updates on financial offerings, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities for cross-selling various financial products. Qualifications - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills - Strong understanding of financial products, including banking, investment, and insurance solutions - Experience in portfolio management, sales, and client acquisition strategies - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for customized client solutions - Proficiency in financial compliance and regulatory requirements - Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal teams - Prior experience in banking or the financial services industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
