- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's in engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years in technical sales, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of technical sales processes, CRM tools, and market dynamics.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong team management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
