Qualifications - Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills - Understanding of educational guidance, career counseling, and student development - Problem-solving, empathy, and the ability to provide sound advice and support to students - Organizational and time management capabilities to manage multiple student cases effectively - Relevant qualifications in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field - Experience in working with students or in an educational environment is an advantage - A compassionate and patient approach with a commitment to student success
