Job Title: Business Development Manager - Cybersecurity & IT Risk Location: Remote Experience: 2+ years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Cybersecurity and IT Risk practice. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IT risk management, and compliance frameworks, and will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and expanding our service offerings. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and develop new business opportunities in Cybersecurity and IT Risk services. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. · Understand client needs and propose tailored cybersecurity and IT risk solutions. · Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations. · Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation. · Stay updated on market trends, emerging threats, and competitor offerings in cybersecurity. · Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. · Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Required Skills & Experience: · 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or pre-sales in cybersecurity, IT risk, or related domains. · Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, IT risk management, GRC, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.). · Proven track record in managing client relationships and closing deals. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: · Experience with Managed Security Services, Penetration Testing, or Security Operations Centers (SOC). · Knowledge of vendor and partner ecosystems in cybersecurity. · Exposure to international clients and remote sales processes. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
